Please read the instructions below on how to enable pop-ups:
Internet Explorer:
1. Open the internet explorer, click on the tools menu. Select Pop-up Blocker. If Turn-Off pop-up Blocker is selected then de-select it and click on Pop-up Blocker Settings... (as shown below) a new window will open
2. In the Address of Web site to allow field, type www.CareDataWeb.* and click Add
Google Toolbar:
1. Look at the top of your screen.
2. If you have the Google Toolbar installed, you should see something similar to the toolbar circled in the picture below.
3. If you are using the Google Toolbar, you must do the following to ensure CareDataWeb will work when you login:
4. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Visit any page in careData that has popup.
5. If you are still not able to see popups then, click the button on the Google Toolbar that indicates "# Pop-ups blocked".
6. When you click that button, you'll notice the button will change to "Site popups allowed". This means that you won't block pop-ups while using CareDataWeb, but other web sites will continue to have their pop-ups blocked.
7. Close the internet explorer and re-open it.
Yahoo! Companion Toolbar:
1. If you have the Yahoo Companion Toolbar installed, you should see something similar to the toolbar circled in this picture.
2. Older versions of the Yahoo Companion do not have a pop-up blocker -- and so Yahoo Companion would not be blocking your pop-ups. But newer versions do have a pop-up blocker, indicate by the icon circled below.
3. If you have a newer version of Yahoo Companion which includes a pop-up blocker, you must do the following to enable pop-ups while using CareDataWeb:
  1. At any page in CareDataWeb if you notice that the popups are blocked and the appearance of the pop-up blocker icon (circled below) has changed, indicating a pop-up was blocked.
  2. Click on that pop-up blocker icon. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on the option labled Always Allow Pop-Ups From....
  3. A gray window will appear with a list of web sites where pop-ups have been blocked. Select the CareData Pages in the list. Click on the [Allow] button When asked for confirmation, click [OK] to Always allow pop-ups from CareData.
  4. If for some reason CareData page is not in this list in this gray window, then: Close the gray window. Click on the pop-up blocker icon to expose the gray drop-down menu. You will see Enable Pop-Up Blocker with a checkmark beside it. Click on this icon to un-check the Enable Pop-Up Blocker.
  5. This will completely disable the Yahoo Companion pop-up blocker.
Configuring the Norton Internet Security/Firewall Pop-up Blocker (ver. less than 2K5)
1. Open Norton Internet Security's/Firewall’s main window (you may click the firewall icon on the system tray or use Start->Programs->Norton Firewall)
2. Click the “Ad Blocking” line
3. Click the “Turn Off” button

Left click on Norton AntiSpam
Left click on Detailed status
Press the Turn Off button
Verify that Popup Blocking is turned "off"
